Signing up: what you need
An account needs an email, password, name, date of birth, address and phone number. Everything has to be accurate, because your first withdrawal triggers a check against your documents. You can opt into the welcome bonus during sign up.

Forgotten password
The login box has a reset link. Enter your email, follow the short lived link and pick a new password. Ours arrived in under a minute. If it doesn't show up, check spam or the Promotions tab in Gmail.
Account verification (KYC)
You can play without verifying, but you can't cash out. You'll need a passport or photocard driving licence, a recent proof of address such as a council tax bill, utility bill or bank statement, and sometimes a photo of your card with the middle digits covered. We uploaded everything on sign up day and got approved in about 11 hours.

Logging in on several devices
One account works across desktop, tablet and phone. During testing we switched between a laptop and an iPhone in the same evening and the balance and bonus stayed in sync. Log out of devices you are not using, otherwise the site may ask you to confirm access.
On public Wi-Fi, on the train or in a coffee shop, don't save your password in the browser and use mobile data instead. If logins come from different countries within a few hours, the system temporarily locks the account. It's a safety measure, but it can catch you out on holiday.
If your account gets suspended
The usual reasons are documents that don't match your profile, suspected multiple accounts or a self exclusion you set yourself. In the first case a correct document sorts it. In the second, explain the situation to support, for example if a housemate plays from the same address. A self exclusion won't be lifted on request.
Keeping your account safe
